Faith C. Mamombe, LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. I work with children, adults, families, and couples to support them through a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions.

I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide evidence-based, effective treatment. These therapeutic modalities are powerful tools in addressing trauma, managing emotions, and building healthy coping strategies.

In addition to these therapies, I utilize culturally appropriate interventions to ensure that treatment is respectful, relevant, and tailored to your unique experiences and background. I understand the importance of cultural sensitivity in therapy, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where you feel heard and valued.

Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, or relationship challenges, my goal is to empower you to develop skills for resilience, self-compassion, and healthier connections with others. Together, we’ll work toward your personal growth and healing.

Let’s take the first step toward your healing journey. Reach out today to schedule a consultation.

Matthew T. Howk, LPC-A

I am passionate about helping individuals take control of their lives and move toward healing with clarity and confidence. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but taking an eclectic approach, I tailor each session to fit your unique needs. I work with people across all stages of life, from children to the geriatric population, ensuring that you receive care that is both thoughtful and effective.

My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, addiction (alcohol, drugs, pornography), ADHD, PTSD, autism, career challenges, couples and family therapy, and Christian counseling. My counseling style blends confrontation with empathy, providing a space where you feel both supported and challenged. I help you recognize how your thoughts and emotions shape your behavior, but I also believe that insight alone isn’t enough—true growth comes from taking action.

Change doesn’t happen because of me; it happens because of the decisions you make. My goal is to help you reclaim control over your life, refusing to let the past define you but instead leveraging it to refine who you are today. Through self-awareness, resilience, and practical solutions, you can create lasting change that aligns with your values and goals. No matter where you are in your journey, I am committed to walking alongside you toward healing and transformation.
